Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your confirmation email.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Delivery Issues

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and around your delivery area. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 48 hours at info@lilcubgear.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Little Cub Gear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery, especially for large items such as travel systems and strollers. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days after shipment, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@littlecubgear.com with photos of the damage. Damaged items will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@littlecubgear.com. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. You may instead request a return after receiving the item per our Return Policy.
